Welcome to the Springwater Inn at Saratoga Springs, NY.

We just celebrated the 20th anniversary of The Springwater Inn this past July 5th, and we are getting the "gang" back together.  So what have we been doing the past eight years?  Peter and Leslie have been busy renovating and operating the Saratoga City Tavern which they sold to the Fitch brothers. (Whew, we were way too old for that!) If you have noticed the construction behind the restaurant, we are in the process of building The Springwater B&B and are planning to open in early fall 2009.

Randy is back after eight great years at Randy's at the Dove Gate Inn in Schuylerville. Mike, Ryan and Grace from Randy's are here as well. Matthew, who grew up at the Springwater, is our bartender & beverage manager. He finally gets the TV controls...

We are happy to have Chef Chris Dore working with us. He is a CIA grad and has worked with several great local restaurants including Chiantis, Fornos and Max London's. We hope you will enjoy his cooking as much as we do.

Thank you to all the friends, neighbors, family, vendors & government employees who have helped us get open by racing season. Special thanks to Tim Lanspery of Green Concepts for doing such a beautiful (and quick) job with the landscaping - our gift back to the neighborhood that supports us.

To those of you who have been coming for years and those who are visiting for the first time, thank you for joining us. We are excited to be here together at The Springwater Inn at Saratoga Springs, NY, we hope you are too.
